When you open your CCFCU account, you become part owner of the credit union.
CCFCU is a locally-operated, member-owned, not-for profit, cooperative, financial institution that is owned and controlled by its members. We differ from banks and other financial institutions in that there are no external shareholders. Profits from the credit union are distributed to members – you – in the form of dividends, lower loan rates, and lower fees.
Join CCFCU today and receive all the benefits that credit union membership has to offer. You’ll notice the difference between being a CCFCU member/owner and a bank customer immediately.
Who Can Open An Account?
- Anyone who lives, works, or studies in Cumberland and/or York Counties, Maine.
- Family members of current members (any person related to a primary member by blood, marriage, or legal or administrative proceeding, wherever they reside.)
