VIP Points accumulate month after month until you want to cash them in for the discounts or rewards of your choice. Track the number of points you’ve earned at a glance when you login to Online Banking as well as on your statements.

You can redeem your VIP Points for Merchandise, Refunds or Waivers. Click here for the full list of Point Values.

Branch pick ups (excluding Falmouth) are available or you can have items shipped directly to you. Additional 1000 VIP points per $15 of shipping costs to ship directly. Most items will be available 2-3 business days after ordering, please allow 10 or more business days for LL Bean Fleece Jackets and Vests.
