Cumberland County Federal Credit Union
Coronavirus Response
March 13, 2020

As news about the Coronavirus continues to develop, we want to assure you that Cumberland County FCU is well prepared for this event. Pandemic preparation has been part of our disaster recovery planning for over 10 years now, and your funds will remain protected and accessible. As a local institution we are 100% committed to our local communities and will always be here when you need us. Protecting the well-being of our members, employees, and communities is a top priority for CCFCU, and we have taken the following steps to help control the spread of COVID -19:

• We have adopted a no handshake policy
• We are regularly cleaning common areas, including teller counters, ATM machines and teller drive-up tubes
• We have provided the latest CDC guidance to our employees to limit the exposure and spread of germs
• We have eliminated all employee business travel
• Whenever possible our employee meetings are now a virtual format
• Senior Management is meeting regularly to closely monitor the situation and respond as needed

As a member there are multiple ways to mitigate your risk. CCFCU has invested heavily in our digital banking platforms, and we encourage you to use the following services:
• Our Online banking is free and allows you to perform multiple banking functions
• The CCFCU mobile app (also free) offers remote check deposit capabilities
• All our ATM’s accept both check and cash deposits
• CCFCU will encourage the use of e-sign for our documents and forms
• Our service call center is ready to help in every way, rather than visit a branch please give us a call at 878-3441
• CCFCU has been doing loans by the phone since 2010, we are the area’s leading loan by phone financial institution, if you need a loan just give us a call!
• In addition to technology, all our branches have old fashioned drive-up lanes to use. Please consider using the drive up rather than the lobby

We will continue to monitor this situation and provide updates as needed. We appreciate the trust you place in CCFCU and working together we will overcome this challenging event.

Sincerely,

CCFCU Senior Management
